Oriental Slaw

  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings


1pound Chinese Cabbage/Napa Cabbage
2packages Ramen Noodles, Oriental Flavor (crushed)
1/4cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2cup Almonds, Sliced
1bunch Green Onions, Sliced
2packages Seasoning from Ramen Noodles
1/2cup Splenda
1/2cup Canola Oil or Olive Oil
1/3cup White Vinegar


Combine chopped or grated cabbage with noodles, sunflower seeds, almonds and onions.  Combine dressing ingredients, pour over cabbage, and toss.
