Turmeric Golden Milk is all the rave these days! So why not enjoy them frozen all summer long. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory, and is said to help boost the immune system, so not only will they cool you off, it’s also a great way to get the benefits of Turmeric.
They also taste great! Not too sweet, with a hint of coconut, these pops are healthy and delicious for adults. This recipe is from the cookbook Glow Pops; Super-Easy Superfood Recipes to Help You Look and Feel Your Best by Liz Moody. I’m excited about this book because it’s packed with fun, healthy, nutrient-filled frozen treats infused with superfoods and bursting with flavor. Recipes like Avocado Chile Lime Pops, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Fudge, just to name a few. My only change to the recipe was to use light coconut milk, to lighten it up. Here’s the link to the popsicle molds (affiliate link) I used as so many of you are asking, hope you enjoy!
