- Yield 2 cups
This tangy marinade works equally well for fish or meat.
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- In a medium bowl, combine orange juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, parsley and basil. Cover and refrigerate.
