PrintEmail Ingredients 1 -- (3-pound) pork loin1 cup orange juice1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed1/2 cup onion, chopped1/3 cup celery, chopped2 tablespoons butter1 1/2 cups Minute Rice1 cup hot water1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup nuts, chopped1 1/2 teaspoons salt1/8 teaspoon pepper Instructions Bake pork at 350F about 2 1/2 hours. Combine orange juice and sugar. Baste roast with 1 cup of the mixture. Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix with remaining ingredients; add juice mixture. Stir well and pour over loin.
