Orange Biscuit Ring

  • Yield 6-8 servings


3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1/4 cup melted butter/oleo
2 cans biscuits/ or home made
1 ounce Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Orange Juice
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla


  1. Combine sugar and rind. 
  2. Dip each biscuit in melted butter then the sugar mixture. 
  3. Arrange in a circle, standing biscuits "on edge" overlapping, in a greased 9 inch round cake pan.
  4. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cream all topping ingredients together.
  6. Spread over biscuits after baking,  while they are still warm.
