Orange-Bacon Chicken Salad

Ingredients

4cups shredded cooked chicken (about 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked)
1cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 1 lb)
1 (11-oz) can no-sugar added drained mandarin oranges
1/2cup mayonnaise
2tablespoons orange marmalade (heated 5 seconds in the microwave)
1cup diced red onion
1/2teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Place chicken in a large bowl. Stir in bacon, mandarin oranges, mayonnaise, orange marmalade, red onion, salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
