Olive and Pea Salad

2tablespoons chopped pitted olives
1tablespoon capers (optional)
2tablespoons chopped dill pickles
1tablespoon chopped onion
1/4cup finely diced celery
1 1/2cups mayonnaise
1/2cup cooked petite green peas
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
1cup cooked diced hot boiled potatoes
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper


  1. Combine Olives and next 5 ingredients (olives through mayonnaise). Stir well.  Add potatoes, egg and peas; stir gently.  Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
