- 2cans Large Pitted Blacked Olives
- 5ounces Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3 - 4cloves Garlic
- Drizzle-- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Box-- Triscuits, Wheat Thins, whatever type of cracker you prefer.
In a food processor puree Garlic, Olives, Parmesan and drizzle of Olive oil until smooth.
Serve with triscuits, Wheat thins, or whatever type of cracker you prefer.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
