Herb Cheese with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • Yield 6 servings

Ingredients

1 -- (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh arugula or basil
-- Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Spoon into a crock or serving dish. Serve with crackers, cut fruits and vegetables. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
