Olive Herb Cheese Spread

2packages (8-ounce) cream cheese
1/4cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2cup chopped cured Greek, French or Italian olives
2tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1teaspoon fresh lemon zest
1/2teaspoon Black pepper
2tablespoons chopped fresh chives


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Spoon into a crock or serving dish. Garnish with chives or fresh herbs. Serve with crackers, cut fruits and vegetables.
