Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients

1/3cup rolled oats
1/2cup milk (any kind will do)
1 banana
1/2cup plain yogurt
1tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
1/4teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whirl all ingredients together in a blender and top with raisin-y granola and a garnish of almond butter!
