Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Turn everyday oats into a doughy delight of a drink!

Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (any kind will do)
1 banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whirl all ingredients together in a blender and top with raisin-y granola and a garnish of almond butter!
