English muffins are toasted then topped with peanut butter and bananas for a quick and nutritious breakfast idea.
- 1 -- English muffin, halved
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 -- banana
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- Toast the muffin in an electric toaster. Spread the inside of each toasted muffin half with 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter. Peel and slice banana into 1/8-inch thick slices with a knife. Place the banana slices over the peanut butter. Sprinkle the banans with the wheat germ. Top the muffin halves with the raisins. Serve warm.
