Nut Loaf

Ingredients

1.5 cups cooked lentils (no more)
2 units large carrots, grated
1.5 cups walnuts, chopped
.5 cup chopped onion
1.5 cups bread crumbs
.25 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
.25 teaspoon dry mustard
Garlic
Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix all ingredients.  Transfer to an oiled loaf tin.
  3. Bake. (Baking at 375 for 45 minutes too dry. (Baking at 350 for 35 minutes did not fully cook carrots.)
