Northwest Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon filets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut salmon into 3 pieces.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over salmon. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Spray baking pan with PAM. Arrange filets in pan and pour sauce over them.
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
