No-Fry “Fried” Rice
- Yield 1 servings
- 1 cup Whole Grain Rice
- 1 cup Cut Carrots (cooked)
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 tablespoon Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Cook whole grain rice until tender.
- Add olive oil to pan.
- In pan, combine cooked carrots, cooked peas, and cooked whole grain rice.
- Add Creole Seasoning to mixture. Add 1/2 teaspoon water.
- Cook for 10 minutes until rice absorbs seasoning.
