No-Fry “Fried” Rice

  • Yield 1 servings


1 cup Whole Grain Rice
1 cup Cut Carrots (cooked)
1 cup Green Peas
1 tablespoon Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
1 teaspoon Olive Oil


  1. Cook whole grain rice until tender.
  2. Add olive oil to pan. 
  3. In pan, combine cooked carrots, cooked peas, and cooked whole grain rice.
  4. Add Creole Seasoning to mixture.  Add 1/2 teaspoon water.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes until rice absorbs seasoning.
