1cup Flour
1/2cup Cube butter
1cup Chopped Pecans
8ounces Cream Cheese
1cup Sugar
12ounces Cool Whip
1large Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1large Pkg. Instant Chocolate Pudding
3cups Cold Milk
1medium Hershey Chocolate Candy Bar


Mix together flour, butter and pecans. Pat into 13×9 ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and 6 oz cool whip. Spread evenly on top of crust. Mix together puddings and milk. Spread evenly on top of cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool whip. Grate chocolate bar and sprinkle on top of cool whip. Chill until ready to serve.
