Line bottom of 2-cup glass measuring cup with circle of wax paper. Spoon in half of batter. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on medium 5 to 6 minutes, rotating ½ turn after 3 minutes. Bread is done when center springs back when touched lightly. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Remove. Microwave second loaf. Makes 2 loaves Note: May be made ahead and reheated. Cover slices with plastic wrap; microwave on high 30 to 60 seconds.
