You are here: Home » Recipes » “Nawlins” Seafood-Sausage Stew “Nawlins” Seafood-Sausage Stew Recipe by JoHahn Yield 6 servings PrintEmail Ingredients 3 tablespoons olive oil1/2 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined1 small onion, chopped1/2 pound fresh lump or claw crabmeat1/2 pint fresh oysters, drained1 cup smoked sausage, diced1 tablespoon Jambalaya seasoning3 cups spicy spaghetti sauce1 cup water4 cups hot cooked rice Instructions n large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add shrimp and onion. Sauté until shrimp just turns pink. Add remaining ingredients and bring to quick boil stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve stew over rice. A Caesar salad goes nicely with the stew too!
