My Famous Pie

  • Yield: 10-12 servings


4 eggs
3/4cup honey
1/2cup melted butter
1teaspoon vanilla extract
2tablespoons bourbon
3/4cup sugar
1/4cup brown sugar
1tablespoon flour
1cup chopped pecans
1/2cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine eggs, honey, butter, vanilla and bourbon. Stir in sugars, flour, pecan and mini-morsels. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
