Mustard, brown sugar spice broiled salmon

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds salmon fillet
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Place the mustard, brown sugar, and chili powder in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Place the salmon on a large baking dish or foil-covered broiler pan and smother with the mustard mixture. Sprinkle with the salt and place under the broiler. Cook until browned on top and slightly undercooked inside, about 10 minutes on each side.
