Most Excellent Brownies

1. Cream margarine with sugar.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, beat vigorously.
3. Stir in chocolate syrup and beat again
4. Add flour and salt, mix well
5. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Don not use airbake pan
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 23 minutes
7. Frost when cool: 1 cup granulated sugar, 6 T real butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1 cup chocolate chips.Bring sugar, butter milk to a boil, boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Beat with spoon, 100 revolutions. Frosting will look thin.
