Monte Verde Short Ribs

4-6-- short ribs
1/2teaspoon seasoned salt
3tablespoons flour to coat ribs
1-- onion, chopped
1/2cup catsup
1/2cup vinegar (I like red wine vinegar)
1tablespoon brown sugar
1teaspoon dry mustard
1cup beef bouillon
3-- carrots in slices (more if you wish)


Salt ribs and roll in flour. Brown till crusty in butter. Combine next 6 ingredients in a bowl. Place carrots on the bottom of the crock pot, then meat, then pour sauce over. Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 on low. Serve with noodles or rice.
