Mom’s Rice Pudding

  • Yield: 6 servings


5 eggs
1quart milk
1/2cup cooked rice
1/3cup raisins
1cup sugar
2teaspoons vanilla


  1. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 325-degrees.
  3. After a half hour, stir in a half teaspoon each of nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake another half hour.
