Mom’s Rice Pudding

  • Yield 6 servings

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 quart milk
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/3 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 325-degrees.
  3. After a half hour, stir in a half teaspoon each of nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake another half hour.
