- Yield: 6-8 servings
- 4 large ripe avacados /Hass ( save pit)
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1small onion diced fine
- 1/2 .teaspoon garlic powder
- 1tablespoon chopped fire roastd Mira Sol green chile
- In blender, combine avocados, salt and garlic powder. Pulse until blended. Scoop into a serving bowl. Add diced onion and Mira Sol green chile and mix. Add avocado pits into mix (keeps avocado from turning black). Seal bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve with warm tortilla chips.
