Cream sugar and eggs. Add half of flour then half of milk mixture. Add remaining half of flour and then the milk mixture. Add cooled cocoa mixture and vanilla. Pour into a large greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 min. test with cake tester or toothpick.
