Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased or parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 8 minutes. Watch closely–do not overbake. Top center will still be slightly shiny when cookies are done. To increase size to 2 teaspoonfuls, increase baking time accordingly.
