Mocha Mousse

1package gelatin
1tablespoon powdered instant coffee
1tablespoon cold water
1/4milliliter boiling water
1envelope diet hot chocolate
1/3cup instant nonfat milk
2ounces cold water
1/2teaspoon vanilla
2teaspoons artificial sugar
1cup ice cubes


Put coffee, gelatine and 1 T water in blender at medium speed for 10 seconds. Add boiling water, cover and blend 10 seconds at low speed until gelatin and coffee dissolves. Scrape with spatula and blend 20 more seconds. Add diet hot chocolate, dry milk, 1/4 cup water, vanilla and sugar. Blend 10 seconds at medium speed. Add ice, blend 50 seconds aat high speed. Pour into individual cups and let set for 5 minutes or longer.
