PrintEmail Ingredients 2 pounds medium peeled shrimp2 cans chicken and rice soup1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped okra4 tablespoons flour2 tablespoons oil1 1/2 quarts water1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons file Instructions Brown flour in oil; add onion and celery, and saute lightly. Add soup, water, okra and shrimp, salt and pepper to taste. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Turn off heat; add file after boiling stops. Serve over rice with garlic bread.
