Mint Parsley Yogurt Sauce

  • Yield: 1 cups


1cup plain yogurt
1tablespoon mayonnaise
2tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2-- garlic cloves, pressed
2tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
2tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
-- Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add the chopped fresh herbs and gently stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
