- Yield: 1 servings
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1tablespoon simple syrup
- 2ounces (1/4 cup) bourbon
- 1sprig of mint
- Tear the mint leaves into tiny pieces in a tall glass, discarding the stems.
- Cover with the simple syrup and muddle the mixture with the back of a spoon for 10 seconds.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the bourbon. Garnish with a mint sprig.
