Ingredients

6-- King's Hawaiian Rolls
1-- jar of pizza sauce
1 1/2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1cup pineapple, chopped
1cup pepperoni, chopped
6 to 8-- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
1 1/2teaspoons salt
3/4teaspoon pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Slice King's Hawaiian Rolls in half and flatten to about 1/2-inch thick. Place slices face up on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on each slice. Top bread slices with shredded cheese, pineapple and pepperoni.
  3. Cook until cheese is lightly browned, approximately 7 to 8 minutes.
