Mix all ingredients but ketchup together. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until done. Squirt Ketchup on top and broil for additional 3-5 minutes. Note: You can add cheese, onions, or whatever seasonings you prefer to this recipe. It's VERY versatile!.
