- Yield 14 to 16 servings
A great, old classic New Orleans beverage typically served with brunch.
- 1/2 gallon fat-free vanilla ice cream
- 1 quart skim milk
- 1 cup bourbon or brandy (adjust to taste)
- Nutmeg to sprinkle
- Blend ice cream, milk and bourbon in a blender. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
