Milk Punch

  • Yield 14 to 16 servings

A great, old classic New Orleans beverage typically served with brunch.

Ingredients

1/2 gallon fat-free vanilla ice cream
1 quart skim milk
1 cup bourbon or brandy (adjust to taste)
Nutmeg to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Blend ice cream, milk and bourbon in a blender. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
