Mexican Salsa

  • Yield 2 servings


1 cup finely diced roma tomatoes
.25 cup finely diced sweet white onion - like a Walla Walla
.25 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
.50 teaspoon hot sauce
.50 teaspoon salt


Add all ingredients to a small serving bowl except salt.  Mix to combine and add salt to taste. 

Chill and enjoy with your favorite low fat chips or as a topping  to add a Mexican flair to any meal.
