Mexican Fish Salad

  • Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

4 pieces Gorton's Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets
4 cups lettuce, shredded
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, diced
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
1 large tomato, chopped
1/3 cup olives, sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup salsa, medium heat
1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Gorton's Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets according to package instructions.
  2. Layer lettuce, chilies, onions, tomatoes, olives, cheese and salsa, on serving plate.
  3. Cut cooked fillets into 4 pieces, toss with salad, garnish with tortilla chips and serve immediately.
