Add juice from 1 large squeezed lemon. Stir. Cube cabbage or cut into short strips. Chop all other vegetables (usually about the size of a nickel coin). Add all chopped vegetables to garlic-lemon mixture and combine. Pour Olive Oil over salad and toss thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Stir again before serving. Can be served with warmed pita bread or flat bread.
