McKee’s Charbroiled Oysters
- 12 large raw oysters on the half shell
- 6 drops melted butter on each oyster
- 1 teaspoon grated parmesian or romano cheese on each oyster
- 1 drop Tabasco sauce (optional)
- Place oysters on the half shell on a hot grill (charcoal)–when the butter begins to bubble they are done–serve right away.
