McKee’s Charbroiled Oysters

Ingredients

12 large raw oysters on the half shell
6 drops melted butter on each oyster
1 teaspoon grated parmesian or romano cheese on each oyster
1 drop Tabasco sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place oysters on the half shell on a hot grill (charcoal)–when the butter begins to bubble they are done–serve right away.
