McKee’s Charbroiled Oysters

Ingredients

12large raw oysters on the half shell
6drops melted butter on each oyster
1teaspoon grated parmesian or romano cheese on each oyster
1drop Tabasco sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place oysters on the half shell on a hot grill (charcoal)–when the butter begins to bubble they are done–serve right away.
