2 medium links cooked hot Italian sausage or andouille
Saute onion, bell pepper and jalapenos in tablespoon oil; set aside. Grill sausage or andouille to desired doneness. Cook Zatarain’s Jambalaya Mix according to directions, adding sliced cooked sausage when rice is added. 2 minutes before completion, add shrimp,onions, peppers, jalapenos and cajun seasoning mix. Stir, let stand for 5 minutes covered and serve. Enjoy with cold beer or a hurricane cocktail….. Let The Good Times Roll!!!
