Quick and Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 1 -- (3-pound) brisket
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 package onion soup mix (such as Lipton)
Instructions
- Place brisket on foil. Coat with ketchup and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Wrap brisket in foil.
- Place on baking sheet and cook at 350F for 2 1/2 hours.
