Quick and Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients

1 -- (3-pound) brisket
1 cup ketchup
1 package onion soup mix (such as Lipton)

Instructions

  1. Place brisket on foil. Coat with ketchup and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Wrap brisket in foil.
  2. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350F for 2 1/2 hours.
