PrintEmail Ingredients 4 -- eggs, beaten1 cup flour1 cup milk1/4 pound butter1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and drained1/3 cup powdered sugar Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Beat together eggs, flour and milk. Melt butter in 13×9-inch dish. Add 1/2 teaspoon melted butter to egg mixture. Mix then press egg mixture into butter in dish. Do not stir. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, pour blueberries over eggs and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
