Marshmallow Whoopie Pie Filling

Ingredients

1cup butter, softened
1cup powdered sugar
1 1/3cups marshmallow fluff
1/4teaspoon salt
1 1/2teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the marshmallow and beat until well combined. Add the salt and vanilla.
  3. Spread or pipe filling onto one side of the whoopie pie  and top with another to assemble the whoopie pies.

For Mint Marshmallow Filling:

Add ¼ cup crème de menthe liquor at the end of mixing

For Champagne Filling:

Add ¼ cup crème de menthe liquor at the end of
