Marinated Crab Fingers

Take a shortcut using Italian dressing mix for a memorable—and easy—crab finger marinade.


2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (.7-ounce) package Italian dressing mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 pound crab fingers


  1. Combine all ingredients except crab fingers.
  2. Marinate crab fingers in mixture for 1 hour our overnight. Toss at least once to evenly distribute marinade.
  3. Cook crab fingers as usual.
