Maple-Soy Marinated Salmon

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets


  1. Combine maple syrup, soy sauce and oil in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add salmon fillets. Seal bag and turn to coat fillets. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 500F.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a foil lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until flaky.
