Maple Almond Crush

Add a little fruit and whole wheat toast to this smoothie for a complete breakfast and to keep the kid full till lunch.



1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon maple extract


Blend well!
