Mango Sherbet

  • Yield: 6 servings


1 1/3cups fresh mango puree
1cup buttermilk
1cup sugar
2/3cup water
-- Juice of 1 large lime


  1. Combine the mango puree, buttermilk, sugar, water and lime juice in a bowl and mix well.  Spoon into an ice cream freezer and freeze using the manufacturer's directions.
