Mango Lassi

This is the mango shake that many Indian restaurants feature on their menus.

Ingredients

1 large mango, peeled, pitted and diced
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
5 to 6 ice cubes

Instructions
