This is the mango shake that many Indian restaurants feature on their menus.
- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 5 to 6 ice cubes
- Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth; serve.
