Super-speedy, this mango relish goes well with grilled meat.
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- 3 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with grilled chicken, vegetables, pork or fish.
