Super-speedy, this mango relish goes well with grilled meat.

Mango Ginger Relish and Shrimp

2 mangoes, peeled and diced
3 tablespoons red onion, minced
1 pinch cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons lime juice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with grilled chicken, vegetables, pork or fish.
