Mango Delight Smoothie
- Yield 2 servings
Try this super-nutritious fruit smoothie for breakfast or a snack.
- 1 -- orange, peeled
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 to 1 cup soy milk or rice milk
- Cut orange in half and remove any seeds. Place it in a blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend until thick and smooth.
