Mango Delight Smoothie

  • Yield 2 servings

Try this super-nutritious fruit smoothie for breakfast or a snack.


1 orange, peeled
1 cup frozen banana chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 to 1 cup soy milk or rice milk


  1. Cut orange in half and remove any seeds. Place it in a blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend until thick and smooth.
