Mango-Black Bean-Green Onion Salsa

2whole mangoes peeled and coarsely chopped
1cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained
2whole green onions, finely sliced
1tablespoon finely diced seeded serrano pepper
1/4cup fresh lime juice
2tablespoons olive oil
2tablespoons honey
1/4cup chopped cilantro
-- Salt to taste
-- Freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
